Module consumer 

Jetstream WebSocket consumer with bounded backpressure.

The consumer connects to a Jetstream relay over WebSocket, reads events, and dispatches them through a bounded mpsc channel to a user-supplied handler. When the channel fills up, events are dropped and metrics are updated.
