Module consumer 

Firehose WebSocket consumer with bounded backpressure.

The consumer connects to a relay’s com.atproto.sync.subscribeRepos endpoint over WebSocket, decodes binary CBOR frames, extracts records from CAR blocks, and dispatches FirehoseEvents through a bounded mpsc channel to a user-supplied handler.
